Please Note: Due to increased cleaning between clients and added PPE costs, there will now be a minimum spend of £15 per appointment until further notice. Treatments can be grouped together i.e. Brow and Lash tint with brow wax. Threading is off the menu until further guidance is received. This is NOT in addition to treatment prices. Introduce a Friend
If you have enjoyed your treatment, why not share your experience with a friend? Introduce a friend and you will receive a 10% discount on your next treatment after your friend has had theirs. There is no limit to the amount of friends you can introduce, so get busy… you could have a free treatment! Your friend must be a new client and not have received a treatment from Mole End Design within the previous 12 months.
Loyalty Cards
Loyalty Cards are now available. Bring your card to each consecutive treatment and have it stamped and receive a 10% discount on your 6th treatment.
One stamp per appointment. Valid for one treatment per visit. Discounts apply to all treatments. It is your responsibility to bring the card along to each appointment to be stamped.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment please let me know as soon as you possibly can. I understand emergencies happen, but please let me know as soon as possible to enable me to open up your appointment to other clients waiting.
If you cancel without giving at least 24 hours’ notice or do not attend your appointment, there will be a cancellation charge of £15.00. I can be contacted via email telephone, mobile or text.
During working hours, please leave a message and I will return your call or email as soon as I am free. I do not answer calls during treatments as a courtesy to the client, so please leave a message on the answering machine.
